A patch antenna array includes 48 rectangular patches. Its dimension is about one wavelength (640mm x 640mm x 160mm). It has a very small dimension in the feed structure, 0.15mm. The domain is discretized to 1950 × 1950 × 150 non-uniform cells. Since GEMS allows you to put the CPML boundary very close to the antenna array. We can significantly reduce the domain size in the vertical direction, in order to reduce the memory usage and accelerate the simulation.
