Since the RCS of a single dielectric sphere can be calculated by using MIE theroem, here, we GEMS software to simulate the a single dielectric sphere and calculate its RCS. The radius of dielectric sphere is 5um, which is 15 wavelengths corresponding to the frequency of interest.
